We accept custom orders on all our products. Just send us a message and we will let you know the price after we have a design. Custom orders do take a day or two longer. You can choose any color or supply your own graphics.  We can also work with you to create something for you club or business or a unique birthday, anniversary, holiday or wedding gift.

So for that reason we do not accept returns.  We however occasionally make exceptions, we will always try to work with you to make things right.  If an item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect please let us know ASAP.  We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition under the above circumstances.
