Are Luxtrini products kept in stock?

No. We do not stock pre-made inventory. Products are made on demand after an order is placed, which helps reduce excess inventory and waste.

How long will my order take?

Please allow up to four weeks for production and delivery. Because each item is made on demand, production is part of the order timeline.

Does express shipping skip production time?

No. If an express option is available at checkout, it shortens carrier transit after production. Production time still applies.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the carrier receives the package.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible. Because production may begin shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production starts.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email custserv@luxtrini.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Return and refund eligibility is governed by our current Refund Policy.

Who pays customs duties or import taxes?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.
