By placing your order with us you agree to our Returns and Refund Policy...

**Custom-made products are not returnable

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your product for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.

Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

Any defects in manufacturing will be eligible for a refund. For refunds they will be processed after the item is returned to us.  Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Once we receive you item. We process your refund to the same payment method or a gift card.

All refunds must receive a refund authorization number prior to item being returned.
