All products are hand-crafted for you.

Production time is generally 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. Excluding Holidays.

All products include FREE Standard shipping which is 15-25 days depending on where you are.

Express Shipping is available for $30 for most orders. 3-8 days depending on where you are.

We DO NOT Ship to APO/FPO Box military addresses.

Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

We can not be responsible for delays in third-party shipping due to natural disasters or acts of God or terrorism that interferes with shipping.

Our manufacturing is primarily in China, but we do use subcontractors on all continents. We will attempt to use the manufacturer closest to you.
