Made-on-Demand Production and Shipping

Luxtrini does not stock pre-made inventory. Products are made on demand after an order is placed. This production model helps reduce excess inventory and waste, but it also means production time is part of every order timeline.

Estimated Timeline

Please allow up to four weeks for production and delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.

Express Shipping

If an express option is available at checkout, it shortens carrier transit after production. Express shipping does not skip or shorten the production stage.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the carrier receives the package.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country.
